The short version
This site has no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics profile, and no mailing list you did not ask to join. What you type into the contact form becomes an email to one person, and that is all it becomes.
What the website collects
If you send a custom-build brief, we receive the name, email address, project type, budget band, timeline and description you entered. That is used to quote and discuss the work, and for nothing else. It is delivered by email and kept only as long as the enquiry is live.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which records ordinary server request logs including IP addresses. Those are used to keep the site running and to limit form abuse.
What buying collects
Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. Card details are entered on their systems and are never seen by, or stored on, this site. We receive your email address, the product bought, and the country used for tax purposes, so that a licence can be issued and a receipt sent.
What the apps collect
The desktop and NinjaTrader applications keep your data on your own machine. Trade records, journals, backup contents and settings are never uploaded.
Apps do make two kinds of network call: a licence check, which sends the licence key and a machine identifier so activation limits can be enforced, and an update check, which sends the current version number. Neither sends the contents of your files.
What is never done
Your email address is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers. Your data is not used to train anything. Nobody reads your journal entries or your backups.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to support@moligon.com. Deleting purchase records may mean a licence can no longer be re-issued to you, and we will say so before acting.
