Refund policy

If an app does not do what you bought it for, write to support@moligon.com within thirty days of purchase and you will be refunded in full. You do not have to justify the request, and you will not be talked out of it.

What is covered

Every app sold here, at the full purchase price, for thirty days from the date of the order. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence key is deactivated, and the software stops working on the machines it was activated on. Any data the app created on your computer stays on your computer — it is yours, and nothing is removed.

The limits

Refunds cover software purchases. Custom development work is not covered by this policy: those projects are quoted individually and their terms are agreed in writing before any deposit is taken.

Repeatedly buying, refunding and re-buying the same app is the one thing that will get a request declined.

Every app has a free trial that is the complete application, not a limited edition. Using it before you buy is the surest way never to need this page.
